LIVEOne control room for every kind of business
BENARAN runs the daily operation of a business from one place: a cashier that keeps working offline, one stock shared by the cashier, the online store, and BENARAN Market, spending that waits for approval, attendance and payroll, and reports read straight from cashier data. It adapts to the business — cafés and food stalls, retail shops, services like salons, workshops, and laundries, and creators of digital products. AI is built in: an assistant that drafts actions for the owner to approve, AI product suggestions, and search by photo in BENARAN Market.
- AI Assistant: reads sales, stock, cash, and approvals, then drafts the next action — risky actions always wait for a person to approve.
- AI product suggestions: high-margin products to sell, as drafts the owner reviews first.
- Search by photo in BENARAN Market: recognised on the device (Google ML Kit on Android), so photos never leave the phone.
- Multi-provider AI layer; Gemini on Vertex AI is the next provider being added.
Live in production: our first production customer, a coffee shop, runs its daily operations on BENARAN, and more than 14,000 paid orders have been processed on our platform since December 2025. Sawitra runs the whole chain for a palm oil supply company: buying fresh fruit bunches from growers and agents, dispatching and weighing loads, selling to the mill, settling what each supplier is owed, and closing the books — in one system where every figure traces back to the transaction and document behind it.
Deployed per company, with a field mobile app alongside the web system. Standard, Professional, and Enterprise plans — Enterprise is quoted per company.

An AI execution layer that takes an objective, plans the steps, operates the computer and browser, verifies the result, and reports back. Risky actions require human approval. An initial implementation runs internally; it is not yet offered as a product.
