This policy explains what information FairLogic collects through fairlogic.io, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. FairLogic is a commercial brand operated by PT Rancang Solusi Digital.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you submit the contact form, the details you entered — your name, company or organisation, email, topic, message, and preferred contact method — are stored in our inquiry database so we can respond. If you email or message us directly, we hold what that message contains. We do not ask for identity numbers, financial details, or credentials.
Why we collect it
To respond to your message. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records.
Who else sees it
This site and the inquiry database run on Google Firebase (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Firestore), traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare, and our email runs on Google Workspace. These providers process the data only as needed to deliver their services. We do not sell or share it with anyone else.
Your requests
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].
Security
Access is limited to the people who need it. Credentials and secrets are not stored in source code or shared in public material.
